My Candidature

Worked as Manager Communication & Knowledge Management with State Unit of Tejaswini Rural Women Empowerment Programme (Funded by International Fund for Agriculture Development, IFAD and implemented by M.P. Women Finance and Development Corporation, a Govt. of M. P. Corporation) from July 2008 to till 30th June 2011.

Key objectives of Job –

  • Create knowledge repository at every level state, district, block & village.
  • Improve & manage knowledge assets of programme.
  • Enhance the knowledge environment across the programme.
  • Manage knowledge as an asset with in the programme.

Key responsibilities as Manager Communication & Knowledge Management are –

  • Implementation of KM strategy for the effective implementation of the programmes activities.
  • Making available increased knowledge content in the development and provision of products and services.
  • Facilitating and managing innovation and programes learning.
  • Data analysis and knowledge generation for the further planning as well as implementation.
  • Leveraging the expertise of people across the programme.
  • Managing knowledge pool at every level.
  • Increasing network connectivity between internal and external individuals
  • Managing knowledge environment and allowing colleagues to obtain relevant insights and ideas appropriate for the programme.
  • Solving intractable or wicked problems
  • Managing intellectual capital and intellectual assets in the workforce (such as the expertise and know-how possessed by key individuals)
  • Development of a knowledge culture with in organization
  • Production of various theme or need based communication material for the programme.
  • Production of various reports and PPTs as per the programmes requirement.
